As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with our engineering, design, data science, analytics, operations, and commercial teams to establish the direction for the future of our claims platform. You'll be responsible for gathering, structuring, and prioritizing product requirements from internal and external stakeholders to execute your roadmap across our deep technology stack to deliver industry-leading service at scale to serve our mission of making it effortless to understand, navigate, and pay for care.
What you'll do:
- Own and drive the product roadmap, manage and appropriately prioritize the backlog for our suite of claims tools, including claims integrations, processing and adjudication, audit and compliance needs.
- Gain and leverage a deep understanding of the employer-sponsored benefits space and Collective Health’s role in it, to inform the strategy and roadmap for claims tooling to best meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.
- Ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and configurability of our platform.
- Be the evangelist for your product area across all areas of the organization, including external clients and stakeholders.
- Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure that features are delivered with high quality and dependability
- Partner with sales, client success, operations, and research & insights to deeply understand customer needs, and deliver the best technology-driver solution to meet those needs
- Communicate progress to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5-8 years of experience in product management or software engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Fervent passion to solve healthcare challenges to improve the lives of others
- Experience with building, selling, using, or working with claims processing engines at health plan, TPA, or software as a service company providing claims processing services.
- Adaptability to thrive in highly complex and changing environments
- Familiarity with enterprise software and mobile development
- Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.)
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of claims processing in particular
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in consumer software and/or healthcare is a plus but not required
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (all other locations). #LI-hybridThe actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
