The Role
We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager (PM) with 3+ years of experience to join our innovative team! Nova Credit's Enterprise Product team is dedicated to crafting financially inclusive products that are seamless for our customers and intuitive for end users.This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, B2B2C environment and will be eager to engage deeply with customers to transform their needs into impactful product requirements.
Seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and go-to-market, will be crucial to your success. Key responsibilities will include defining product strategies, developing detailed roadmaps, and ensuring timely execution. You'll drive the development process, ensuring we deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs, spearhead product adoption, and conduct performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.This is a full-time, remote-friendly role reporting directly to our Staff Product Manager. Product Roadmap & Planning:
- Roadmap Development: Proven experience creating and managing product roadmaps, balancing company OKRs and customer priorities with technical execution bandwidth
- PRD Writing: Strong skills in writing comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly define the product specifications and requirements
- Requirement Gathering: Expertise in gathering and prioritizing product requirements from various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Nova Credit’s mission of financial inclusion
Execution Focus:
- Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate product goals, progress, and challenges to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Driving Adoption: Experience developing strategies to drive product adoption and usage, working closely with our sales and marketing teams.
Technical Skills:
- Comfort with Technical Concepts: comprehensive understanding of technical concepts, including experience integrating third-party APIs and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across systems.
- Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed API documentation for internal and external use, ensuring clarity and ease of implementation.
- Technical Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical solutions that align with product goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Strong analytical skills to monitor product performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions to drive product improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Internal Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Customer Engagement: Experience engaging with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.
Additional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS space.
- Demonstrated success in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fintech experience preferred.
$150,000 - $190,000 a yearThe Base Salary Range is for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on a candidate’s individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. We consider all elements of compensation as a part of the value we provide to Novans.
