We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to make an impact at our high-growth company.
The ideal candidate will implement full-funnel demand generation programs and campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, driving lead volume, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue. Experience in a SaaS technology company is essential, with a proven ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams. We need someone who thinks creatively, measures performance, iterates based on findings, and stays up-to-date with the latest marketing trends.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns across various channels
- Make data-driven recommendations to maximize website conversion rates
- Manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align efforts and drive pipeline and bookings
- Analyze campaign performance, owning metrics such as leads, conversions, pipeline, and bookings
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and programs to generate leads and drive attributed pipeline and revenue
- Create and manage Paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, social, review sites, and other channels, adhering to channel best practices
- Develop and monitor campaign and program metrics for all inbound and outbound channels, including paid media, email, workflows, segmented lists, and assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketers, strategists, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact
- Work with marketing and sales leadership to determine audience segmentation and identify buyer personas to inform content and channel strategies
- Serve as subject matter expert for a key marketing channel(s). Protect and manage the digital customer experience of that channel(s)
- Contribute to integrated campaign strategy ideation and pitch opportunities across the teams
- Work closely with sales and operations to build the target account list and ideal customer profile using data-driven insights
- Orchestrate the execution of the ABM program plan, with highly personalized activities developed with sales to marketing-led activities driven by the demand generation team
- Work with product and brand marketing to hone the creative and messaging of landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets
What you should bring:
- 3+ years experience working in Demand Generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
- Startup or high-growth organizational experience
- Experience managing large nurture programs and multi-channel outbound campaigns at scale
- Proficiency using Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), Google Analytics, Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Foundry, and other sales engagement tools
- A passion for driving a deep understanding of full funnel performance metrics and revenue attribution
- Excellent communications and project management skills, including strong ad copy and email copywriting skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with an excellent understanding of sales cycles and motions
- Strong report-building and data analysis skills
