Role Description
We are seeking an adaptable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to the Executive Team at our tech startup. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about tackling a wide range of tasks that vary week by week. The ability to seamlessly shift between diverse duties, while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail, is key to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
- Schedule interviews and manage interview calendars efficiently, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process with various departments to ensure new hires have the resources and information they need from day one.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback.
Requirements
- Rapid learning ability, with the agility to adopt new tools and processes effortlessly to suit evolving responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing a variety of tasks without compromising on attention to detail.
- Proactive nature, quick to notice, raise, and solve concerns and issues without prompting.
- Experience with applicant tracking software like Workable and SquarePeg, enhancing recruitment efforts and streamlining candidate management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective interactions across all levels of the organization.
- Working / Professional Proficiency in English.
