Truework is on a mission to create trust in every financial transaction. Our core product, Truework Income, provides access to crucial employment and income information needed for mortgage loans, apartment rentals, background checks and the like. We are disrupting a $5B+ industry, previously controlled by legacy credit agencies, with a better product and intense customer focus. We handle hundreds of thousands of income and employment verifications every month, and continue to grow our market share in the mortgage lending and tenant screening markets.
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our team! As our GTM partner manager, you will own the management and execution of a strategy and implementation that maximizes and accelerates Truework becoming the #1 provider of Income and Employment Verification.

At Truework, you would be responsible for:


  • Managing existing resale and technology partner relationships
  • Driving incremental revenue sourced or assisted in partnership
  • Finding and developing new teams, resources, or opportunities to increase the impact of existing partners
  • Researching, prioritizing, sourcing, and signing new technology or GTM partners

What we’re looking for: 


  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience in Strategic Sales or Partnerships
  • Deep strategic sales and or partnership background 
  • Someone who has worked on complex enterprise sales, negotiated bespoke partnerships resulting in material quantifiable impact for the business
  • Can stay up to speed on our product, our market, the partner landscape and set a roadmap of partners and integrations 
  • Rolodex/contact organizations to partner with and negotiate an agreement 
  • Has experience driving existing channel sales relationships, enabling teams
  • In addition to sales, also has some technical ability- both for architecting the partnership, but then also for collaborating with our own engineering and product teams cross-functionally
  • Consistent drive, urgency

Cash Compensation:


Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $134,000 - $195,000 (OTE) for candidates based at our HQ in San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
