As Senior Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with our target audiences (both consumer and healthcare professionals) and drives engagement and results. If you are excited by the idea of bringing cutting edge science to these audiences in a way that is meaningful, relevant and potentially life-changing, this opportunity is for you.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean and collaborative environment.

Iterations and group input will be familiar territory for this person. While we want someone who can think big, we also need someone who can be resourceful in how they approach execution. They should be both passionate and comfortable working with a young brand in its early stages of growth.

What You'll Do:


  • With the Brand and Growth Teams, develop and execute content strategies that align with brand objectives and drive sales with target audiences (both consumer and healthcare professionals).
  • Create content plans and editorial calendars to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to gather insights to inform content decisions.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for a variety of mediums, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, educational videos, advertisements, and more.
  • Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with designers and other creatives to develop innovative and impactful campaign assets.
  • Tailor messaging to different audience segments and platforms while maintaining brand tone of voice consistency.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform copywriting decisions, and inspire new ideas and approaches.
  • Review and edit copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with scientific communications specialists to ensure scientific accuracy of content and copy.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize copy performance and drive desired outcomes. 
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all copy meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Knowledge Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in a consumer marketing or advertising agency environment. Experience in the consumer health, wellness, supplements or scientific industries is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex scientific information into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples across different mediums and platforms.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools is a plus.
