2ULaundry is a laundry service startup. We have a national network of franchise laundromats that we work with to process the laundry using our own technology and driver network.
Historically, we’ve been a B2C company. For our B2C vertical, we offer delivery laundry service for personal, everyday laundry. It’s a luxury service for families and young professionals. To complement this B2C business, we launched our B2B business which is growing quickly. For our B2B business - internally known as our Commercial Laundry business - our customers are small and medium-sized business owners (Massage, Spa, Gym, Healthcare) and property owners (Airbnb and boutique hotels). For them, laundry is not a luxury - it is a necessity for their business.
The B2B vertical is growing quickly. It has been consistently beating goals and we are excited to invest more into it by growing the sales and support team, building B2B-specific technology, and investing in B2B marketing.Laundry is recurring by nature which makes these B2B clients quite sticky. We’re investing significant in-house engineering and development time to build B2B-specific tools for this new B2B vertical. Our legacy B2C software currently has some tech gaps but we’re fixing them quickly with the newfound focus and investment. The Sales Team is small. We’re a team of two - one Business Development Manager and one designated Support Agent. We work under the Director of Operations and also have a Commercial Laundry Advisor who helps with industry knowledge and tips.
We also have a local team in the field who manage our operations in the laundry facilities and during the delivery routes. It is very involved work for our ops teams. Their focus isn’t sales but they’re quite helpful when you need local support to help close and onboard new clients. This is a fully remote role. We'd prefer if you lived near one of our active markets, but it's not a dealbreaker if you don't. We are currently in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Charleston, Houston, Phoenix, San Antonio, and Tampa.
We’re adding an Inside Sales Representative to the team to:
- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and/or social media to promote laundry services. We generate a good amount of inbound leads on our website and are continuing to invest in the commercial side of our website. However, prospecting continues to be the way we find larger, more enterprise clients. Expect the job to include significant prospecting work to build your funnel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about laundry services, pricing, and special offers to prospective customers.
- Track and manage sales leads, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.
