Technical Recruiter (3 month contract)


We’re expanding and looking for another technical recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will help to source, attract and land qualified candidates across the different technical functions to help support our mission and achieve our growth goals. Please note this will be a 3 month contract, with potential opportunity to extend. 

You will


  • Work with HR, Hiring Managers, and other business leaders to identify and fill current talent needs and build the pipeline for future openings, specifically for technical roles
  • Generate creative talent pipelines with a strong focus on excellence and a growth mindset
  • Manage and leverage relationships with industry organizations and key external stakeholders to maximize effective outreach and continuously explore best practices
  • Interview and screen candidates as cultural and competent fits for open roles
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding, ensuring a great candidate experience
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to refine core competency screening models and close roles with A players
  • Create strong job descriptions and outreach messages to attract top talent

Must have


  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment in fast-growing tech or SaaS environments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Mission-driven with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excel in uncovering diverse top talent through innovative recruitment, crafting powerful employer branding
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Knowledge of Bitcoin is a nice to have
