About the job
We are currently looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Program Management Office team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Project Management, B2B partner management and a technical background. Communication skills are essential as the role will require frequent interactions with our business partners.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting partnership engagements
- Participating calls and on-site meetings with our partners
- Monitoring and documenting of the projects
- Providing regular status updates to all stakeholders
- Cross-departmental coordination of the activities
- Securing timely delivery and achievement of key milestones
- Facilitation of the efforts on Opera side
- Prioritizing and scheduling activities to meet multiple partner needs
- Monitoring key KPIs
- Supporting multiple partners / engagements
Job Requirements:
- Experience in IT sector 5+ years
- At least 3 years of experience on Project / Program Management position (or similar)
- Experience with partnership management and B2B projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong technical background and understanding (technical studies, programming, etc.)
- High familiarity with web technologies and standards
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve goals independently
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems
