Position Summary


Responsible for performing all tasks within the order to cash process as it relates to hardware/software orders and/or Projects (order management, billing, & collections).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • P rocurement
  • Processes all Purchase Orders
  • Checks purchase order status daily; updates ETA; notifies customers
  • Processes Sales Orders
  • Closes SO’s when items shipped, updates orders with tax and freight
  • Contacts vendors to resolve order issues
  • Creates RMA’s and monitors progress until RMA’s are close.
  • Processes and distributes emails from procurement inbox. 
  • Follows up with AE’s on lead times and delivery.
  • Prepares all necessary invoices for Sales Orders and/or Projects
  • Engages customer for payment collection purposes to ensure using the approved collection process.
  • Stays up to date on all trainings and certifications for software and business partners.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience/Certifications


  • 6+ months of OTC experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands 


  • Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. 
  • Occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds) may be required

  • Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities/injuries to perform the essential functions of this role.
  • The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
