Job Duties:

Plan, direct, or coordinate Super Dispatch operations, overseeing accounting, analytics, compliance, finance, and operations departments. Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources. Review Super Dispatch’s financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement and perform progressive financial management forecasting to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct or coordinate financial/budget activities with executive leadership to fund operations, maximize investments, discuss financial risks and opportunities, and increase efficiency. Monitor suppliers to ensure they efficiently and effectively provide goods/services within budgetary limits; monitor internal team purchases and approve spending requests. Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with executive leadership and staff for internal workflow and information management. Direct/coordinate Super Dispatch activities concerned with pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct non-merchandising departments, such as advertising or purchasing. Maintain monthly business metrics, including monthly MRR and Churn Rate. Manage the movement of customers within business platform to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations. Set credit terms for goods/services based on forecasts of customer demand. Manage and review profit & loss, management analytics, balance sheet, and workflows. Direct activities requiring coordination with other department managers such as sales promotions, implementing new management systems, workflow procedures, and organizational changes. May perform personnel functions such as training, interviewing, and evaluating to improve unit functions/methods.

Minimum Educational Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Minimum Experience Requirement: 4 years of operation management experience in transportation logistics related industry.
