You will replace someone who will be on maternity leave. You will help increase efficiency and responsiveness in HR operations. We are looking for a passionate individual who values teamwork, employee satisfaction and experience and process optimization.
Key responsibilities âš
- Provide a best in class HR service for managers and employees and manage HR processes and documentation throughout the employee life cycle - from onboarding new colleagues to handling offboardings.
- Answer and coordinate incoming HR-questions and tickets and provide advice on and ensure compliance of people policies and procedures.
- Draft employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documentation, and maintain the employment records and data in our HRIS (BambooHR).
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, e.g., health insurance and benefit providers.
- Provide support to the Global People Experience colleagues when required, and participate in international and cross-team projects.
About you đ§âđ
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in an Human Resources/People Operations team
- Fluent in French and English
- Good knowledge of French labor lawStrong attention to detail
- Determined to make employee and manager experience easy & smooth
- Reliable, humble, self-aware & culture championÂ
- Any experience in HR tools/softwares and outsourced payroll coordination would be considered a big advantage
