About the Job:
Are you passionate about helping small businesses succeed and ready to be part of a rapidly growing Fintech company in Europe and the US? At Ageras, we are looking for a Head of Customer Success who will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction.
Your Role:
As Head of Customer Success, you will:
- Lead and Develop: Build and guide a team of customer success specialists dedicated to improving the customer experience and retention. You’ll be instrumental in driving new strategies and elevating customer satisfaction.
- Enhance Customer Journey: Focus on making the customer journey as seamless as possible. Your goal will be to increase customer loyalty and drive growth across our key markets, including France, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with other departments such as Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a unified approach to customer success. You’ll be encouraged to bring new ideas and solutions to the table.
- Drive Performance: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect customer health, satisfaction, and product adoption. Your efforts will focus on simplifying processes and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and grow the Customer Success team, offering mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Customer Experience Optimization: Streamline customer success workflows to maximize efficiency and satisfaction. Focus on automating processes to improve customer usage and retention.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other departments to ensure customer feedback informs product and marketing strategies.
- Strategic Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for product and company growth. Regularly report on metrics to key stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: You have at least 6 years of experience in Customer Success and have led teams in multiple locations.
- Customer-Focused: You understand how to consult and advise customers on the best solutions and have a knack for enhancing the customer journey.
- Collaborative: You thrive in a team environment and value knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Flexible and Independent: You can work independently with a collaborative spirit, and you’re comfortable working from our Berlin, Copenhagen, or Amsterdam offices with some flexibility for remote work.
