Job descriptionThe Director of Revenue Operations will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of ePayPolicy's revenue-generating functions. This role will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our sales and account management operations to ensure consistent revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of revenue operations, data analysis, and process improvement, and will be a collaborative leader who can work across departments to achieve company goals.In this role, you will:Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with ePayPolicy's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to help set revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all revenue-related functions.
Sales Operations:
- Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to support the sales team's success.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership.
Marketing Operations:
- Partner with the marketing team to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Facilitate alignment between sales and marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Implement and manage systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on revenue-related data.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms and departments.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement operational improvements.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of strategic and operational success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement systems (e.g. Salesloft), and sales analytics tools.
- Desire to exceed goals and achieve results; satisfaction derived from meeting deadlines and finishing projects.
- Rolls up their sleeves, responds quickly and decisively, is flexible and open to change, and is able to productively work with the team to achieve company objectives
