This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights.LocationThis is a hybrid role in our downtown Austin,Texas office.

What You’ll Do
- Manage general ledger and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate audit activities and manage relationships with auditors.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
