This is a one year contract position, with the possibility of a contract extension or conversion to a full time role based on performance and business needs. As a Recruiting Coordinator for Tenstorrent, you will be primarily focused on managing the logistics of the candidate experience. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, maintaining communication with hiring managers, setting up templates, and assisting with tools maintenance. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process, providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.This role offers the flexibility to be remote or hybrid, with options to be based in North America or one of our North American offices.

Responsibilities:


  • Arrange and schedule interviews, including booking meeting rooms, setting up virtual meetings, providing candidates with necessary resources and instructions, managing follow-ups, and maintaining associated tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview details, timelines, and next steps.
  • Support the management of our Greenhouse instance, including candidate management, process implementation, candidate and hiring team follow-up, dispositioning, and other related tasks.
  • Demonstrate consistent adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate directly with hiring teams and managers, ensuring smooth and timely processes that require human inputs.
  • Support the automation of functions where appropriate and assist in developing templates and communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team, including preparing interview materials and updating job postings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers after interviews to gather feedback and provide updates.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years experience in a recruiting or HR support role 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with G-Suite - specifically excel/sheets
  • Experience with Lever/Greenhouse or other ATS tools

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
