To help us get there, we are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic People Operations Administrator, who is as excited about automating processes with us as they are looking after our globally distributed team throughout their journey with us.You will be instrumental in supporting the day to day people operations, from onboarding new hires to ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Maintaining and updating our HRIS (Zoho People), procedure manuals, policies and relevant wiki pages for all employees & contractors
- Supporting benefits enrolment processes and acting as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
- Assisting with POps projects such as automation, process improvements, policy updates, diversity initiatives, and organizational changes
- Assisting the company with staying up-to-date with relevant labour laws and regulations to ensuring compliance in all people operations practices
Essential Skills
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about contributing to a supportive organizational culture
- Strong experience in a people operations capacity for a fully remote, globally distributed team
- Strong understanding of people operations policies and practices, including compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and other HR Tech, and the confidence and ability to quickly get up to speed with tools that you may not have used before (the POps team uses Zoho People & Lever and within the wider company we use open source tools such as MatterMost and Phabricator)
- We don’t need you to be an automation and process optimisation pro (bonus points if you are) but we need someone who is willing to automate with us and who habitually questions the way we do things to make them better and more efficient
- Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote and hybrid work environments
- Willingness and adaptability to embrace new systems, processes and ways of working
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a tech company environment
- Experience looking after employees in one or more of the following locations: UK, France, Canada, US
- Experience of ISO controls
- French speaking
- Zoho People
