This is a high-performing, cross-functional role working directly with all department leaders across Lillio as needed, to attract and recruit the most qualified talent in both Canada and the USA. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll champion our values and build on our impressive people foundation by hiring unique and qualified talent to Lillio. Focused on supporting the SLT and building and integrating the People strategy, she is a broadly focused leader who moves quickly, is fast to delegate the details, and provides autonomy to team members.

How You'll Make an Impact:
- Oversee all aspects of hiring and take full ownership of your recruiting pipelines end-to-end for all roles at Lillio
- Researching and sourcing a pipeline of top talent that meet our hiring needs
- Helping to build our end-to-end recruiting and interview processes in partnership with hiring managers
- Building strong partnerships with internal leadership team members
- Developing and refining our employee value proposition and continuing to ensure we are viewed as a top employer within the SaaS community
- Work closely with our VP people to evolve our hiring and onboarding processes while delivering on our core values and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience and living our core values in all interactions with our candidates
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of full cycle internal recruiting experience (bonus points if at a growth-stage technology company)
- Working experience hiring in both Canada and the USA job market
- 3+ years of experience hiring for product and engineering talent, particularly software engineers (intermediate, senior, staff, etc.)
- ‘Super user’ level proficiency with Lever ATS and experience using visual insights for reporting
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other internal business partners
- Prior experience defining and executing on sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through multiple channels
- Ability to build and manage both hiring processes (such as hiring guides, SLA’s, etc.), and meet recruiting needs as they fluctuate based on demand
- Strong attention to detail and skilled in juggling multiple priorities
- You have a growth mindset, are curious and solution-oriented, and eager to learn
- You’re comfortable working independently and running a TA function with little oversight
- You’re excited about technology and being part of a growing team that is ambitious and loves to work hard & win
Nice to Haves
- You have experience building best-in-class Talent Acquisition processes from the ground up
- You have experience training new and experienced Hiring Managers on best practices
- Experience hiring for both US and Canadian teams

Compensation Range:
- The compensation range for this role is between $80,000 - $93,000 CAN per year; evaluation of the offer for the successful candidate will be based on relevant experience
- This role would be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan
