About the Role:


Helika is looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team. This role is highly entrepreneurial, cross-functional and the successful candidate will make an immediate impact on the satisfaction of our clients and overall growth of the business. For the right person, it’s a rare opportunity to help build an industry-defining company from the ground up. This is a fully remote position that reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. 

Key Responsibilities:



  • Client Onboarding and Training:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our analytics platform.

  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients, educating them on the features and functionalities of our gaming analytics tools.

  • Account Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and features based on client needs.

  • Client Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support requests.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

  • Product Feedback and Improvement:

  • Gather client feedback and insights on our analytics solutions, and communicate this information to the product development team.

  • Work closely with the product team to advocate for new features or improvements based on client needs.

  • Retention and Renewals:

  • Develop strategies to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and renewal of subscription services.

  • Monitor client usage and engagement to proactively address potential issues and ensure ongoing value.

  • Industry Knowledge and Trends:

  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the Web3 gaming industry to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on leveraging analytics for success in the decentralized gaming space.

Requirements:



  • Proven experience (3+ years) in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Familiarity with Web3 gaming concepts, blockchain technology, and gaming analytics is highly desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sense of urgency.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
