Job Duties:
Act as Lead Software Architect in development and modification of Super Dispatch’s customized logistics and supply chain software for transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, electronic freight information systems, and other customized business needs, with the goal of optimizing operational efficiency. Analyze and improve infrastructure and product performance. Analyze business and customer needs and work with developers to program software, using Mixpanel Analytics, Google Analytics, Figma, Jira, ProductBoard, Salesforce, Intercom to ensure the products are timely delivered and on budget. Develop software and web frameworks for building database systems to store, use, and host data. Determine and develop new system performance standards. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation. Analyze and manage application integrations from other suppliers with our software. Manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Analyze and improve overall security of the company data. Collaborate in creating a vision for the company's future software and development needs. Collaborate with designers to deliver more business and customer-focused solutions. Collaborate with business managers, developers, and engineers to recommend software modifications to correct errors, and adapt them to new requirements, upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Assign work and supervise work of software developers and engineers within development projects. Prepare reports and communicate regarding project specifications and status.
Minimum Educational Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science or related field.
Minimum Experience Requirement: 3 years of software development experience in transportation logistics.
