We deliver rapid, tangible improvements to manufacturing KPIs such as asset utilization, production efficiency, labor productivity, product quality, and on-time, in-full delivery.  What are we looking for? As the Senior Manager, Human Resources at Eyelit Technologies in Pune, India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies that drive business success and foster a positive work culture.

This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on tactical execution, focusing on scaling HR practices within India while contributing to global HR programs' scalability and effectiveness. What will you be doing? 1. Strategic HR Leadership: 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Eyelit Technologies' business objectives and growth plans in India.
  • Lead HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and talent development to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion within the organization. 

2. Tactical HR Operations: 

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of HR governance.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive employee experience. 

3. Scaling HR Programs Globally: 

  • Partner with global HR teams to adapt and scale successful HR programs and practices from India to other regions. 
  • Contribute to the development of global HR policies, processes, and initiatives, leveraging best practices and insights from the Indian market. 

4. Change Management and Organizational Development: 

  • Lead change management initiatives related to HR processes, systems, and organizational structure, driving efficiency and agility. 
  • Facilitate organizational development efforts, including leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipeline management. 

5. Data-Driven Insights and Decision-Making: 

  • Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to assess HR performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop HR metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and track progress against HR goals and objectives. 

6. Full Cycle Recruitment :

  • Identify, engage, and attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, assess skills and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and qualifications, ensuring alignment with company values and job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, nurture relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate efficient and effective recruitment processes.

What you bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
  • ​​​​​​​8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
  •  Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. 
  •  Proven track record of successfully leading HR initiatives, driving organizational change, and managing complex HR operations.  
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  •  Experience in a scaling technology or software development environment.
