Marketing Managers are responsible for building integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline for the sales team. They are focused on driving high-quality account engagement through the marketing/sales funnel that results in bookings and revenue for the business. Marketing Managers are results-driven, creative and data-driven. They partner with sales, BDRs and across functions to ensure that our resources are maximized to drive new business at every touchpoint. They participate in regular team meetings and brainstorms and provide meaningful, actionable data to leadership.
What you'll do:
- Manage the relationships with our key partners to develop and execute co-marketing strategic campaigns that drive partner-sourced pipeline for our sales teams
- Plan and execute all logistics and tactics for large tradeshows as well as smaller bespoke regional events
- Build strong relationships with key partner contacts at various levels, acting as the primary point of contact regarding partner marketing initiatives and strategies
- Build and deploy short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline
- Craft compelling copy for email and webinar programs that drives relevant engagement across our key audiences
- Work closely with key sales leaders to create campaign plans that align to the needs of the segments
- Manage a calendar of marketing activities and internal communication about marketing program plans and historical performance
- Continuously optimize partner marketing strategies based on performance data and market trends.

What we're looking:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketing or Business Degree is preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in B2B SaaS, revenue-generating role
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze reporting
- Proven history of creating and executing omni-channel campaign strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency Google Docs/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational and planning skills
- Experience with Marketing Automation systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Experience with Google Analytics
