As our VP, HVAC Warranty Technologies, you'll play a pivotal role leading the launch of our HVAC warranty solution. Using our combined expertise in technology, commercial real estate and insurance to address property owners challenges with the unpredictable costs, timelines and distractions from HVAC problems. This is a hybrid role in our downtown Austin,Texas office.
What You’ll Do
- Wear a variety of hats as we launch and scale a new offering with a combination of technology and operational excellence
- Support sales as they convince property owners this is one headache they should outsource
- Convince HVAC repair companies to partner with us to access a rapidly scaling set of customers with significantly streamlined needs
- Oversee operations, technologies, and manpower to ensure property problems are addressed with delightful efficiency and speed
- Constantly listen to the market to identify our next opportunity for growth
- Collaborate across our larger organization to leverage shared resources and identify opportunities
- Advocate for users’ needs at every step
- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies to differentiate ProCure's offerings in the market
About You
- 5+ years experience in the HVAC industry; full P&L ownership strongly preferred
- Experience managing and improving the business across all facets of marketing, sales and operations
- Understanding of, and appreciation for, great customer experiences
- Eager to take a hands-on approach to finding elegant solutions to complex challenges
- Understanding of market and industry trends
- Self-starter who has proven their ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in rapidly changing environments
- Strong accountability, work ethic, and sense of urgency
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
