About the Role: 


The Senior Director for Channel Partnerships & Alliances will accelerate Unite Us sales by identifying, establishing and managing partnerships with third-party firms.  Channel partner firms include systems integrators, point solution vendors (case management, housing, etc.), healthcare consultants, and other organizations that provide synergy and revenue acceleration.  This role is pivotal to our growth strategy and will work closely with sales team members at the national and regional levels.  The role reports directly to the AVP, National Partnerships.

What You'll Do:


  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for system integrator and channel partnerships.
  • Create a structure for understanding the channel partner ecosystem and a method for categorizing potential partner firms
  • Conduct a thorough segmentation and market analysis for each category of potential channel partners
  • Assess the overall fit and alignment of specific channel partners with Unite Us
  • Prioritize channel partner targets that offer Unite Us the greatest opportunity for sales in the next two years
  • Engage with potential channel partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships that accelerate sales and revenue growth and are accretive to Unite Us profitability
  • Actively manage channel partner relationships to ensure ongoing value to both parties
  • Collaborate with other Unite Us personnel in Customer Success and Sales to ensure that channel partner activities align with our client delivery and sales practices
  • Work closely with product team to ensure alignment with product roadmap, strategy, and direction

You’re a great fit for this role if:


  • At least 10 years of enterprise sales/partner experience in healthcare, community services or SaaS software
  • Demonstrated track record of success in establishing profitable channel partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Collaborative, can-do attitude suitable to a startup environment
  • Conversant in Unite Us market and product category
  • Enthusiastic and/or experienced in multi-sided networks/platforms or multi-tenant platforms
  • Ability to liaise with product teams through technical conversations with product partners, particularly as it relates to concepts of standards-based interoperability, open security frameworks, data exchange/APIs, EMPI, analytics, and general product direction
  • Experience with vendor application marketplaces, support/implementation, release processes, and various licensing software licensing models (e.g. transactional fees)
  • Understanding of technology product development and comfort in Agile environment

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:


  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • The target pay range for this role is: $160,000-185,000 + variable compensation plan.  This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
  • This position may require 15% travel 
  • All team members will be required to pass a background check which includes criminal, employment, and education verification
