About the Role ๐
Manage, coach, nurture and galvanise a team of 10 BDRs across mid-market and enterprise
Establish and report upon key metrics related to qualified pipeline and ARR targets
Ability to identify insights from team data to inform and proactively implement improvements
Help to shape and implement ongoing training dedicated to improving their success in engaging with prospects
Collaborate, with the Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager, and Marketing Director to help drive forward our global BDR channel
Create a framework for career progression and support the growth of your team
Be an integral part of headcount strategy and recruiting for your team
Be a supportive presence and occasionally take point on key account prospecting
Building cadences, talk tracks, messaging frameworks that will enable your team to be effective in their role
Run an effective ABM style outbound motion working with AEs and Marketing on mapping accounts and relevant stakeholders
Create an engagement program to outreach across the stakeholders to build awareness and move towards acquisition on an account specific basis
Mapping out team target lists using a number of tools (Salesforce, Zoominfo etc)
About You ๐ง
The ideal candidate will have:
4 years+ experience in leading a team of SDR/BDRs, ideally at a high growth scale up
A well established track record of guiding a team to exceed their targets
Knowledge of sales frameworks such as MEDDIC or SPICED
Deep knowledge of nuanced prospecting across commercial, mid market and enterprise levels, and the ability to determine the different strategies needed to excel in each vertical
A positive and nurturing approach to training, and will be used to managing different learning speeds
Nice-to-have qualities include:
The ability to evangelise Account Based Marketing both internally to your team and externally to prospective clients
Experience either having worked in, or collaborated with enablement and operations teams
Experience and a deep understanding of sales closing as well as lead generation
A history in selling/working with B2B gifting
