What You’ll Be Doing:


- Growing net new and existing customer revenue, selling into our top target accounts- Owning the complete and complex sales cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our product’s outcomes, using a consultative approach- Becoming a trusted advisor to the C-suite in the Voluntary Carbon Market- Collaborating with BDR’s and Marketing to optimize our go-to-market strategy

Who You Are:


- You have 6+ years of B2B sales experience at the MM/Enterprise level; ClimaTech is a big bonus- You’re in the top 5% in terms of performance against quota and have the track record to back it up- You’re a tenacious hunter who strives for excellence in Demand Generation and

Pipeline Velocity


- You love to write and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways- You’re an accomplished project manager and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities- You have strong communication, analytic, and listening skills, with a positive approach- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, in-office environment- The words “not my job” are not in your vocabulary

Salary: $120,000-150,000 base + Equity + Bonus + Package
