About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Product leader to join our team as the Head of Provider Platform & Products at our leading radiology AI quality company. This senior role is crafted for a top-tier, dynamic, and visionary leader who excels in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-value solutions that address the urgent needs of healthcare providers, enabling us to scale our national provider network and improve care quality. You will leverage your deep market understanding and experience in scaling two-sided networks to ensure our platform meets the highest standards and delivers significant value to both providers and payors.This position offers hybrid and remote work options, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
There will be occasional in-person requirements at our NYC office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and refine comprehensive product strategies that align with our evolving business objectives and market conditions. Demonstrate an inherent strength in strategic thinking, placing you in the top 10% of your field.
- Hands-On Execution:Be a leader who is also a doer—rolling up your sleeves to drive product initiatives from concept to market launch with urgency. Demonstrate a high level of achievement and success, consistently exceeding goals.
- Best-in-Class Product Management Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge and best-in-class expertise in product management, user experience, and innovation techniques such as design thinking to identify and deliver market-driven value propositions that address critical problems for healthcare providers. Implement world-class product processes and teach the team these systematic processes.
- Quality & Platform Leadership: Oversee the development of a radiology quality dashboard and the broader platform, using data to provide actionable insights and facilitate value-based care payments.
- Network Scaling: Understand the needs and desires of providers to create a valuable platform that is adopted and utilized, thereby building an unparalleled national provider network.
- World-Class Team Development: Attract, hire, and develop the highest caliber product talent, building a world-class product team.
- Team-First Player: Prioritize team success and collaboration over individual achievements, fostering a culture of collective effort and mutual support.
- Product Evangelism:Be a highly talented product evangelist. Build strong provider advocacy nationwide to support and champion our products.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience & Success: Over 10 years of impactful product management experience within the healthcare space, with a proven track record of creating leading products that providers want and use. Demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility through consistent overachievement.
- Exceptional Leadership: Significant, impactful leadership in product management within a fast-paced, innovative environment, consistently driving team success and exceeding goals.
- Top-Tier Strategic Thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement winning product strategies that align with business objectives.
- In-Depth Market Understanding: Extensive knowledge of the healthcare provider market with the ability to translate market needs into market-leading products.
- Clinical Workflow Expertise: Proven experience in creating and managing clinical workflow products for healthcare providers.
- Data & Quality Reporting: Expertise in handling clinical data and delivering quality reporting solutions that are embraced by stakeholders.
- Visionary & Analytical Skills:Highly developed visionary capabilities with an analytical mindset to anticipate future trends and define success metrics.
- Outstanding Communication: Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, that surpass those of most peers. Expertise in storytelling for influence, impactful presentations, and inspiring teams.
- Physician Collaboration & Evangelism: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with leading physicians to develop products and proven experience in product evangelism, promoting and supporting product adoption.
- Extensive Healthcare Experience: healthcare experience required to effectively lead and innovate in this role.
