The Role


This role is crucial for enhancing our brand's video content across new channels, particularly YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok, as well as our website's /learn page, to drive SEO, lead generation, and brand affinity.

Responsibilities


  • Video Production:
    • Create, edit, and produce high-quality documentary-style video content for various platforms, focusing on YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.
    • Execute on content created internally through various formats, including webinars, interviews with customers, and placements created from events managed by PR and other third parties.
    • Produce well-crafted videos for the relaunch of the /learn section on our website to drive leads and emphasize our brand differentiation.
    • Ensure all video content aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Pre-Production and Planning:
    • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to understand video content requirements and objectives.
    • Assist in optimizing video production workflows and processes.
    • Provide expertise on using virtual recording tools (Zoom, iPhone, etc.) to set the right environment for high production value once we produce or aggregate assets.

  • Post-Production:
    • Edit videos, including cutting footage, adding graphics, sound, and special effects, to ensure a polished final product.
    • Ensure consistency in video quality and brand messaging across all content.
    • Utilize video editing software and tools efficiently to meet deadlines.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to align video content with overall marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed.
    • Review and implement feedback from the team to refine video content.

    Qualifications


    • Address the backlog and quickly produce content for YouTube and the website.
    • Develop and implement a streamlined video production workflow.
    • Guide the production style needed for the new webinar series, including lighting, how to record, etc.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine content based on feedback and performance analytics.

    • High-quality documentary-style Videos Featuring Customer Journeys and Success Stories:
    • Success Unscripted: Documentary-style series featuring interviews with ZenBusiness customers.
    • Webinars: Live and on-demand sessions providing business advice led by in-house experts.
    • Brand Related Videos:
    • Inside ZenBusiness: Behind-the-scenes content showcasing company culture and expertise, including AMA sessions, customer service stories, and Instagram Lives.
    • Brand-related social media content that our social agency then edits as needed.
    • Affiliate Style Videos:
    • Assist in the production or consultation of educational videos featuring casted influencers or actors as needed.
