Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Training Quota Management Specialist/Registrar. This resource will leverage their knowledge and experience with AF training quota management to provide crucial support to the A2 team in soliciting, consolidating, prioritizing, validating, and submitting approved formal training tasks to various training agencies and activities.
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Manage and administer MAJCOM quota tasks and allocations for military and civilian formal training for all ACC intelligence personnel and other MAJCOMs, as required.
- Provide quota management and allocation of Joint Special Operations University courses for all ACC personnel.
- Prepare cost estimates, formal course reviews, and conduct resource analysis related to training provided or managed by A2 for Mission Design Series (MDS) and mission areas where ACC is the lead Command.
- Monitor and report estimated/actual costs incurred for personnel training events managed, executed, and/or funded by the branch.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, administer, and prepare annual ACC A2 submissions for the Mission Readiness Training Program (MRTP) tasks data call in accordance with AFI 36-2201, Air Force Training Program, and MAJCOM submission processes.

Additional Information:
This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient training quota management and resource utilization for ACC intelligence personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Air Force training programs and procedures, along with the ability to analyze data, manage resources effectively, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Experience in training quota management within the Air Force (AF Intelligence) or similar military/government setting.
- Familiarity with AF training programs, regulations, and processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training needs and resource utilization effectively.
- Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting tools/software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Four years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
