Detailed Description
Description: A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
- In-house service, diagnostic and repairs, on Power-Up Project units.
- Ensure maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
- Interaction with Netsync warranty operations
- Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
- Communicate issue and success to team manager
Additional Duties:
- Assist in diagnosing and or repairing of in-house equipment for projects
- Assist with any on-site project requests
- Assist drivers with pick-ups and deliveries
- Assist team with off season (summer) projects
- Assist in staging Network Gear
- Delivers and installs network gear
- Assist with general facility upkeep
- Various other tasks related to service delivery
