With 14 wholly owned offices across the US, Europe, and APAC, you can develop a truly global career in a rapidly scaling organization This role is working closely with an Associate Director and Account Manager, as well as wider agency teams, across a number of innovative, international accounts in sectors such as aviation and vehicle manufacturing, travel and tourism.
Key Responsibilities
- To communicate effectively with our key clients, Media suppliers and the internal Gravity team at all levels, giving them confidence in your abilities and an understanding of the work required
- Ensuring all team administration is managed well, e.g. organisation related to Client, Media suppliers and internal meetings
- Key admin tasks related to Media strategy planning and buying for example, desk research on Global or in-country Media opportunities, drafting Media proposals, raising Insert Orders, reviewing invoices, ensuring Media Plans are kept up to date and consistent across all Clients
- Trafficking of some projects (with the guidance of the Senior team) through the production process from briefing creative work through to completion, including proofreading
- Compiling status reports and contact reports
- Ensuring client brand guidelines are adhered to
Experience / Skills Required
- Passionate about marketing, communications and building relationships
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- A proven understanding of the marketing mix gained through work / education
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of numerical and Spreadsheet skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and presentation skills (internal and external)
