:1SEO Digital Agency is a private-equity backed digital marketing company located 30 minutes north of Philadelphia.  Our “mission” is to enable high quality local service providers to make effective connections with qualified customers located within 25 miles of their office.  We are converting a legacy digital marketing agency into a B2B technology company that sells “marketing as a service” to local service providers. Our entire team works from our office in Bristol, PA, but our clients have physical offices in one or more cities across the US or Canada and fall in one of three categories: home services, health & wellness, or professional services. .

Position Responsibilities


:Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our client base. The success of this role will be measured by the overall growth of MRR. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive sales background and proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets, with a strong emphasis on generating and pursuing qualified leads.Lead, mentor, motivate and build a team of inside sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in lead generation and conversion.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and preferences.Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless approach to lead generation and nurturing.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and efficiency in lead conversion and overall sales process.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation and revenue growth.Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key metrics related to lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue projections.

Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation and revenue growth, preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in digital marketing, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team.Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
