Our software and services enable these companies to create customized digital experiences for users, restrict and sell access to content online, and analyze user behavior in order to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue.Position OverviewWe are seeking a versatile and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for 6-month temporary contract.The ideal candidate will have a solid recruitment background in sales, and marketing, along with specific experience in sourcing and hiring technical talent. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various recruitment activities with a strong focus on technology roles. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Source and attract potential candidates through various online channels, including professional networks and social media.
- Conduct thorough screening of incoming resumes and application forms.
- Perform interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet the company's hiring goals.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for software development, IT infrastructure, data science, and other technical roles.
- Familiarity with Bamboo HR, Airtable, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- French or German languages will be a huge plus.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
