The team is responsible for the smooth payments processing..In this role you will report to the CFO and:- Lead payment operations team- Ensure smooth operation of the workflow- Establish smart metrics of process efficiency and constantly monitor it- Set team performance metrics and team development goals- Analyze data and generate regular reports to track the department performance and process efficiency- Collaborate with other departments - Handle escalated issues and ensure timely resolutions- Ensure 100% compliance with relevant regulations and standardsRequirements:- Managerial experience of payment operations or customer support teams- Good knowledge of fintech industry - Upper-Intermediate English, written and verbal- Excellent organizational skillsPlease note:this is not a remote vacancy, work in the office expected.
