You will be responsible for leveraging your deep technical expertise to understand and address client needs effectively. Your strong problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.Beyond technical expertise, your role demands exceptional communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
You will serve as a primary point of contact, collaborating closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure seamless implementation and optimization of our solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent English Skills (spoken and written) to articulate solutions clearly and build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.- Hands-on knowledge of web technologies, and strong troubleshooting experience with HTML, JS, CSS.- Adtech.- SQL- Great communication skills, needed to articulate technical solutions to non-technical people.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing technical support to clients. You must diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions on time.- Responsible for training clients on our products and services, ensuring they understand how to use them to their fullest potential- Understand the client's needs, clarify any questions they may have, and provide clear and concise answers.- Building strong client relationships is essential. Understand their business needs and goals and work collaboratively with them to help them succeed.- Responsible for providing regular performance reports to clients.
This will require a thorough understanding of their business and the ability to interpret data and insights.
