We’re searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Capital team! To successfully achieve our goals, our business relies heavily on the ability to recruit top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner ensures a strong candidate pipeline and effective selection process. Using a consultative approach, you will serve as a recruitment partner to your hiring teams to influence effective recruiting approaches and set expectations reflective of talent market conditions. A successful Talent Acquisition Partner with our team thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ‘start-up-feel’ type of environment.
This is a remote position, with up to 10% travel. East coast candidates preferred.

Responsibilities


  • Build strong working relationships with hiring teams to effectively advise and influence recruitment strategies in building their talent pipeline.
  • Perform full cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
  • Proactively research and utilize innovative sourcing techniques for identifying high caliber professional talent.
  • Manage and prioritize requisitions and searches to meet demanding hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria, candidate profile, job posting content, requirements, and interview process.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through research, relationship building, and networking to develop and maintain both an active and passive talent pool.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process, defining the value proposition and why we are the employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state local laws and regulations related to recruitment practices.

Requirements


  • 3+ years’ full cycle recruitment experience in Software Development (SaaS)
  • Experience recruiting for Business Analysts, as well as Sales and Technology roles, a strong plus
  • High goal orientation with persistent drive to source, engage and deliver top talent
  • Strong people skills, ability to effectively collaborate with a team and interact with all levels within the organization
  • Proficiency using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate assessment tools
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications
  • Bachelor's Degree
