This role will be located at our Washington, DC headquarters with the option to work remotely.

Travel to customer sites is  required (average 10% per month).  As a Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate with customers and across company resources for the effective deployment of Rebellion products to customer production environments.
  • Collaborate with customers and all internal and external stakeholders on scope, use cases, adoption, and business value creation.
  • Be the primary contact during contractual periods of performance including product deployment and be responsible for generating customer value (support and success; adoption, retention, expansion).
  • Lead the delivery of a signature, unparalleled customer experience that exceeds expectations. 
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple resources are assigned to the project to ensure coordination across team actions.
  • Create long- and short-term customer plans, including coordinating targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines.
  • Create use cases and product feature requests with details/specificity.
  • Identify product opportunities and assist in the definition of project scope and goals.
  • Assist the lead Product Manager in documenting product vision, features, and updating the roadmap.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects. Support problem resolution.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • At least 6 (six) years of professional work experience in consulting, product and/or delivery management experience. 
  • US Security Clearance at the Secret level.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Experience working in targeting environments with an understanding of defense operations and logistics.
  • Experience leading customer engagements with exposure to and involvement in solution architecture, project management, product management, application development,  and cloud infrastructure. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, facilitate meetings and workshops, and develop trusted relationships with customers.
  • Ability to be data-driven with a commitment to delivering outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and  navigate between the business and technical domains of an information technology project. 
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills - including communicating with executives with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications for this position include: 

  • Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) 
  • Prior professional work experience delivering  enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Prior professional work experience in risk management and project delivery negotiation.
