Could you be our newest Teckronaut?About the roleTeckro is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with a passion for analytics to promote data driven decision making throughout our organisation.
This role will be pivotal in harnessing the power of data to enhance Teckro’s product offering and in shaping the future of how Teckro operates and innovates.What you’ll Do:
- Develop predictive statistical models, machine learning and advanced analytics to quantify the impact that Teckro's products and services have on customer success metrics / outcomes
- Interrogate available data to learn and comprehend current assets, while helping drive area of needed focus to support product advancement
- Independent, critical thinking and is comfortable working with high level direction. (If you prefer data analysis requirements handed to you then this is not the position for you)
- Support the evolution of our customer facing products with data science driven insights
- Support defining the future roadmap of LLM assisted data analytics, both in terms of internal data analytics workflow and external facing products
- Contribute to the ongoing development of data infrastructure, data visualization tools, and data pipelines at Teckro
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and clinical teams, to define data requirements and ensure data quality
- Present findings to senior management and as required, to external stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
- Keep updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in data science to continuously advance Teckro’s analytics capabilities
The Ideal candidate will have:
- 5 plus years of experience in data science, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Proven track record in deriving actionable business insights from complex datasets
- Experience in defining the optimal statistical tools and experiments required to deliver robust analysis of actual or expected business outcomes
- Proficiency in data analysis technologies and languages such as Python, R or web-based data analysis platforms (e.g. Jupyter notebooks, Kaggle, Noteable)
- Comfortable working with data visualisation solutions like QuickSight, Looker, QLIK or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with clinical trial processes, data standards, and regulations
- Understanding of ROI calculations and impact assessment methodologies
- Experience or interest in generative AI and LLM enabled data analysis technologies
- Experience working with in house engineering teams to support the improvement of data collection and pipelines
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Location and Travel:
- Hybrid role - Dublin City Centre, Ireland or Limerick City, Ireland. currently this is set to 2/3 days per week onsite.
- Our Dublin City Centre offices are located less than 3 mins for Pearse St Dart Station and beside the Alex Hotel, making it accessible for all major transport.
