Procon Consulting is seeking a Project Manager for an opportunity in the Leeds, MA area. The candidate will be supporting the staff in the management of the construction project and shall be required to perform the following services:
Qualifications
- The CM-CPM will have a minimum of ten (10) years of construction work experience, including a minimum of five (5) years as a field project manager, superintendent or senior foreman.
- A CM-CPM that is familiar with EHRM low voltage communication, OIT infrastructure, underground duct bank installation and new infrastructure construction on historic buildings and campuses is preferred.
- The CM-CPM shall possess experience in management of facility construction projects including supervision of engineering, design and construction, schedule control, cost management and program budgeting, quality assurance and overall project management activities. Professional experience should include the ability to read and interpret construction documents, as well as communicate effectively with project construction team members. Experience on healthcare projects/facilities is preferred.
- The CM-CPM shall possess experience providing project and/or construction management of a major project or multiple projects. They shall be able to provide decisive direction in regard to business, technical and project management involving multi-disciplinary and diverse functional activities, ensure timely and effective project oversight.
