About the role:


The Senior Director of Platform Infrastructure will be responsible for overseeing our platform infrastructure, ensuring its stability, scalability, and security. This role requires a leader with strong technical expertise in Cisco, AWS, and Microsoft platforms, coupled with hands-on experience in migrating large tech stacks from on-premise to the cloud. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic vision and the ability to roll up their sleeves to solve complex technical challenges.

This position requires working full time from our Lititz, PA or King of Prussia, PA office.  


  • Lead and manage the platform infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the evolution of our infrastructure, aligning with business goals and technological advancements.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure on Cisco, AWS, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Drive cloud migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition from on-premise to cloud-based environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure needs and deliver solutions that enhance performance and reliability.
  • Implement best practices for network administration, security, and disaster recovery.
  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into the infrastructure strategy as appropriate.

 You have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Checkpoint, Ngnix, Pure and or Apache Data Stack
  • Hands-on experience migrating large, complex tech stacks from on-premise to the cloud.
