The Digital Partnerships Manager will be a critical member of the Marketing Acquisitions team reporting to the Director of Partnerships and will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with financial marketplace partners across all products. The candidate will also be responsible for the project management of key projects with high value business impact to ensure they are being delivered within a timely manner, working with cross-functional teams across the business to deliver best-in-class products, services and features to our customers.
The successful candidate will be highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple initiatives efficiently. We are looking for a problem solver and a true team player with a can-do attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work directly with key strategic external partners to generate new leads and customers, developing marketing strategies and identifying new acquisition opportunities for installment lending products
- Responsible for key performance indicators of each partnership to ensure customer centric goals are met while maintaining profitability and efficiency
- Act as internal project manager for key external partner, working with cross-functional teams including Credit, Capital Markets, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Insights
- Assist with the onboarding new partnerships and ongoing due diligence of existing partners
- Monitor competitive landscape within partner sites and identify expansion opportunities with partners
- Analyze daily Marketing reports to monitor for application and funded loan volume, identifying trends and outliers
- Manage the invoicing and accrual process for all Digital Partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related skill set
- 3-4 years working experience. Partnership management experience preferred but not required
- SQL, SAS, or Snowflake experience preferred but not required
- Excellent time-management skills, strong interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ease of working with a variety of tech tools and collaborative software
- Exhibits a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Passion for delivering consistently high-quality work on schedule

$80,000 - $100,000 a yearThis position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary.
