If this inspires you, let’s get in touch.#CompCompleteJob purposeWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting globally. Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in recruitment events.

We also need you to position beqom as a great place to work in order to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates.Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for the “hiring success” – measured by hiring within budget, hiring within planned timescales and good candidate fit
  • Working closely together with hiring managers to attract and hire the best talent
  • Promote the employee referral programs within beqom 
  • Sourcing, screening, and providing initial shortlists of suitable candidates
  • Plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls)
  • Perform candidate satisfaction evaluations/surveys and generate insights and action the necessary improvements
  • Create and present KPI reports weekly basis to the HR Manager
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding strategy & activities
  • Identifying what, exactly, about the company makes it attractive to candidates;
  • Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
  • Encourage & advocate employees to be brand ambassadors internally and externally.

Must have

  • 5  years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Experience in international recruitment and fast paced environment
  • Experience in hiring tech profiles
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignment, direct approach…)
  • Good knowledge of branding strategies via tools such as Linkedin, Glassdoor…

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with people from different cultures;
  • Ability to think global and at the same being able to adapt to local challenges and specificity (Glocal mindset);
  • Ability to review and analyze solutions while facing a higher workload period
