We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Director to lead our social media team and influencer account management team. This role will be instrumental in driving our social media strategy, managing campaigns, and fostering relationships with influencers to enhance brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, team leadership, and influencer marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a small team of social media associates and influencer account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and product development to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and implement best practices to continually optimize performance and drive engagement.
- Manage influencer relationships and partnerships, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables are met effectively.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, industry regulations, and social media best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends, with expertise in content strategy, community management, and analytics.
- Experience in influencer marketing, including relationship management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with influencers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving engagement and brand advocacy through social media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
