ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enter prospective client information into database• Enter insurance applications into appropriate software systems• Create and send email communication to clients• Order and track scheduling of medical requirements• Order and track fulfillment of medical records orders• Follow up with clients and advisors for outstanding items• Finalize insurance policies in the database and forward documentation to insurance companies• Provide back-up phone support to Receptionist• FilingANY OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma required
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Superior attention to detail• Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google DocsWHY JOIN US?
