Position: Senior Analyst
(Contingent Upon Task Order Award)
Overview:
ITC Defense is looking for a Senior Analyst to assist the government program manager with all aspects of acquisition logistics. Assists with program execution by developing and recommending strategies. Gathers, analyzes, and provides data compiled from a variety of sources in preparation for reviews and meetings. Works independently in the performance of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis for aircraft, airborne weapons, and support equipment (SE) programs. Provides technical support and material assessments.
Some examples of the type of support that ITC is looking for are provided below.
Responsibilities
Support could be in any combination of (but not limited to) the following general areas:
- Provide Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) support services for the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Assistance customers. Life cycle sustainment and logistics support services covers all phases of the acquisition life cycle, including new program logistics support, sustainment, and disposal.
- Provide Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) subject matter expertise (SME) to the Program Manager, Case Manager and Logistics personnel.
- Provide recommendations for the development of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Ownership Cost (TOC) Management Plans.
- Analyze prospective changes to aircraft/weapons/SE quantities and determine the potential effects that these changes will have on program life cycle support.
- Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Assist the Program Office in new business acquisition as well as FMS or Security Cooperation case development, implementation, and follow-on support activities.
- Support and attend Program Management Reviews, Technical Coordination Meetings, conferences, briefings and other significant program activities and events occurring in CONUS and OCONUS, as required.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security Clearance
- Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and greater than ten (10) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning. Additional experience can be substituted for a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
