YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Work with Atlassian Experts and world-class clients
- Lead the migration of legacy applications and existing Atlassian on-premises instances to Cloud infrastructure
- Analyze existing Atlassian instances and perform audits to come up with recommendations to improve functionality, stability, and performance at scale
- Facilitate Discovery sessions to identify Project scope and design Solutions to the client's expectations
- Lead requirements gathering, document effectively, and develop solid solution design documentation from both a functional and technical perspective
- Lead technical design sessions, driving project scope, expectations and delivery
- Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk and key 3rd party add-ons
- Guide the configuration and documentation of client Jira and Confluence instances
- Work with customers to create custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards and reports
- Manage system configurations including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes
- Suggest and demonstrate 3rd party add-ons suitable to the requirements
- Install and configure 3rd party add-ons for Atlassian products to provide enhanced capabilities
- Create and implement client training on Jira and Confluence usage, administration, and operational use and maintenance of the systems
- Implement and maintain Atlassian security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Optimize Atlassian tools for performance in large-scale enterprise environments
WHO YOU ARE:
- Senior-level professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian Products suite, mainly Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
- Extensive experience with Cloud migrations and in-depth knowledge of Atlassian Cloud products
- Proven knowledge of using Jira and Confluence cloud migration assistants
- Administrator and advanced knowledge of add-ons such as Script Runner, eazyBI, Tempo, XRay, Gliffy, etc.
- A solid understanding of ITSM and Agile principles and methodologies
- Excellent command of the English language with strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Experience with SQL databases and knowledge of Java, Groovy and Python programming languages
- Experience extending Jira beyond its standard capabilities using Groovy and/or Atlassian REST APIs
- Relevant Atlassian professional certificationsExperience with large-scale Atlassian implementations and enterprise-level deployments
- Knowledge of Atlassian security best practices and relevant compliance requirements
- Ability to optimize Atlassian tools for performance at scale
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
