Management Analyst - Falls Church, VA


Background:Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK) is a federal contracting company that provides professional services to Government Agencies. We are currently seeking candidates for a Management Analyst position supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Position Summary:The Junior Management Analyst will support and assist in the daily operations of the office, communicating with the MTFD team. The Junior Management Analyst will be responsible for advising and executing activities in support of the Network, MTFs education, and training requirements.Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 5-10 years experience as management and program analyst.
  • Knowledge and experience performing the following duties: process mapping, quantitative data analysis and metrics, life cycle costing, business and organizational improvement, and trend analysis.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of administrative and technical programs, along with knowledge of the mission, organization, and work processes of programs throughout the Agency, and the relationships of administrative support activities (e.g., data processing, accounting, budget) to such missions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Working Duties (including, but not limited to):

  • Gather and analyze data related to office operations and training programs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend new systems or procedures.
  • Assess performance of existing training systems and evaluate proposed changes.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations for management.
  • Assist in implementing new systems and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes.
  • Develop and update policies and procedures related to training.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
  • Develop and track performance metrics for training programs.
