As the Director of Subscription at Aroma360, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our subscription products. This role requires an analytical mindset with a deep understanding of Shopify and subscription platforms. You will be tasked with bringing new ideas to increase subscriptions and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including web development and project management.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of subscription products on Shopify.
  • Optimize subscription offerings to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Analyze subscription data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance subscription performance.
  • Generate innovative ideas to increase subscription rates and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with web development and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of subscription-related projects.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to support subscription initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the subscription lifecycle.
  • Implement feedback loops to gather customer insights and improve offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing subscription products, preferably on Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience working with subscription platforms and e-commerce tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new subscription growth strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in subscription management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
