In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our people's operations by handling various tasks and ensuring the smooth running of People processes.
🚀 The Job
- Assisting new employees with onboarding, ensuring the collection of all necessary documentation and information and making sure all the training process is completed.
- Updating all the employee records in our HRIS, payroll & benefit systems.
- Supporting finance and the people team updating invoices & payments.
- Assisting with employee inquiries through our ticketing system (Zendesk), providing timely and helpful support.
- Assisting with various other administrative & compliance tasks ( e.g. compliance course completion, offboarding documentation, etc )
- Collaborating with the Workplace & wellbeing team on the execution of various initiatives.
🧠 The requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with various HRIS platforms (such as Bamboo, Sesame, Woffu) and payroll systems (such as Payfit)
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law regulations
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and employee records
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( English is a must )
- A team player with high proactivity, willing to assist team members with various tasks and projects.
