Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking an exceptionally talented IT Project Manager with with Technical IT background to join us to lead a local project team.
This is a remote position, but candidates residing in the Washington, D.C. metro area are preferred.
Project Description:
The objective of this project is to provide the implementation and sustainment of a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) product in each of the environments (Development, Test & Production) and provide operations, sustainment, engineering support and system updates. System updates include, but are not limited to version upgrades, performance improvements, trouble ticket / production issue resolution, and architectural changes, which will be documented as user stories prioritized in a product backlog in client’s agile collaboration tool. Support will also include all cybersecurity activities to remain compliant with client policy and maintain accreditation.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising the performance of the entire project.
Implement and sustain the Entellitrak COTS product for:- Efile
- Case Management Development Platform
- Reasonable Accommodations (RA)
- Anti-harassment (AH) software components
Environments:- Pre-Production (Pre-Prod)
- Production (Prod)
Provide the following support services:- Implementation support
- Testing support
- Operations
- Sustainment
- Engineering support
- System updates
System updates include:- Additional product installation
- Version upgrades
- Performance improvements
- Trouble ticket / production issue resolution
- Architectural changes
Document system updates as user stories in the Government agile collaboration tool, prioritized in a product backlog.
Ensure all cybersecurity activities comply with DHA policy and maintain accreditation.
Implement EFile into the current Equal Employment Opportunity Complaints Data Base (EEOCDS) environment.
Sequential implementation:- Once EFile is in production, implement RA, TIR, and AH.
Develop a detailed schedule for:- Design
- Deployment
- Implementation
- Migration of EFile, RA, TIR, and AH
Plan should include a phased approach with milestones to ensure requirements are met, including:- Functional testing
- Interoperability testing
- Performance testing
Include mitigation strategies to reduce the risk of full implementation.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of IT experience including system integration and system interface development
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience related to Health IT
- Demonstrated technical management and supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing multiple tasks/contracts
- Experience implementing COTS solutions on DoD network preferred
- Demonstrated experience in developing DoD systems utilizing DoDI 5000.02 agile development process
- Knowledge of computer concepts and techniques to develop and apply automated solutions to engineering, scientific, or business data acquisition and management problems
- Experience implementing database schemas
- Certification in ITIL and Agile (e.g. CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
